Warranty & Returns

We are a small business, and we keep things straightforward.

Warranty

Every device comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

  • Device only. The warranty covers the device, not the remote.
  • Manufacturer policy. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's policy.
  • We test first. We perform our own testing before we approve any claim.
  • Manufacturer error only. Only issues caused by manufacturer error are covered.
  • Not covered. Any damage caused by negligence, or physical damage.

Returns

Returns are judged on a case-by-case basis.

  • 3 days if you change your mind. You have 3 days to return your item.
  • Defective device. If the device is defective, the return window is longer and the return is subject to the warranty.
  • Exceptions. We may be willing to make exceptions. Contact us for details.
